Savvas Giannaris

A Passionate cook since the age of eight. He sold his first wedding cake at fourteen years old. 2023 Graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Paris. Currently working in the kitchen of Eleven Madison Park

Six Hands

It began in 2023 when Chef Alex owner of R.AIRE at the Hampton Maid asked Chef George to participate in his "Four Hands" Dinner Event. This event is "Six Hands" at Hellenic with Savvas joining the team.

A Complimentary Glass of Sparkling Pointe Cuvee Carnival served during Cocktail Hour with lobster croquettes.
